Using my 24-70mm f2.8 for an engagement portrait photoshoot

There’s something special about late spring in San Diego, and Leo and Cindy’s engagement session at Presidio Park captured everything that makes this season so beautiful. With warm afternoon light filtering through the trees and the park’s historic charm providing the perfect backdrop, we spent the evening documenting this exciting chapter of their lives together.

From the moment we started, Leo and Cindy were completely at ease with one another. Their natural connection made every photograph feel authentic and effortless. As we wandered through the scenic trails and open spaces of Presidio Park, we took advantage of the soft spring colors, lush greenery, and golden sunlight that gradually filled the landscape.

One of my favorite parts of the session was watching the two of them simply enjoy being together. Whether they were sharing a laugh, walking hand in hand, or taking a quiet moment to soak in the surroundings, their genuine affection shined through in every frame.

Presidio Park offered a wonderful mix of natural beauty and historic character, creating a timeless setting for their engagement photos. The warm afternoon light added a soft, romantic feel that perfectly complemented the occasion.

Congratulations to Leo and Cindy on their engagement! It was a pleasure capturing these memories, and I wish them both a lifetime of happiness as they begin this exciting journey toward their wedding day
